I don’t. The expense for those who do not own the requisite clothing is just anther imposition on the lower income crowd and a demonstration of elitism by the wealthier crowd.
@Pony99CA. Ye olde Rockwell and 9 levels. Principal Engineer level 6-8. Level 6 walked on water. I know, it’s a learned skill and you don’t gt there unless you and they believe you can learn it. Level 7 leaped tall buildings. I know. I watched them. They cleared by a mile. Level 8 spoke with the CEO’s voice. Saw that once. The CEO STFU. Point is, in both engineering and management there are skills that some can learn. The sooner I learned that, the easier it was to work with those who had those skills. And I have worked with the unskilled who could not learn anything I knew how to teach (another skill), but they were not degreed engineers.
