    Got your math wrong, Darrin – Assuming you’re still in the East Bay, we locked down in March so it’s over 180 days now. I know if feels like 4,000 but it’s only 180 days (so far)

    I’ve felt the same way for years, Darrin. When you scroll back through recent political history to find out when obstruction replaced principled opposition it all leads back to Newt. Ironically the Tea Party nutcakes then stole a page from his own book and used it against the Republicans, further dragging them down into the mud. As much as we’d like to blame Mitch “Let’s make Obama a one-term president” McConnell, the Republican part of obstruction started with Speaker Gingrich.
