   I realize this is a foolish question, given the chronosynclastic infundibulum that is the Milford universe, but what happened to Max Bacon? Didn’t he play for two seasons (Bobby’s best customer and Kenzie’s free throw tutor)? Certainly he could help this season’s aadventure.

   I think Aagard’s absence was conspicuous because he is the tallest guy on the team, the key to Milford’s season. Since Central City has already been mentioned, the season is DOOMED.

   The car is flashing its lights because Del doesn’t have his lights on. That’s what will cause the wreck that won’t end until the middle of next week at the earliest.

   I still say lateral pass to Jerrod, TD to True for the championship. True’s shoulder injury means the recruiters back off and he goes to Miami of Ohio.
