I got a Manx cat several years ago. She took to my roommate — I was number 2. Same with one of her kittens that we kept. When he died, she and her son wouldn’t come out of his room for a couple months except to eat. Now, both of them jump up on my bed at night and say good night and purr away. That is so touching.
This is another strip that was dropped by our (bleeping) newspaper. I’m glad to have found it again.
