Because it’s a basic ethics question for anyone who cares about someone else. It doesn’t have to be marriage.

Not kidding—I got a promotional card from AARP with my name on it, when I was like 24. My husband and I got a kick out of that. In fairness, that same month Neptune Society was also asking me about cremation, and Gerber wanted to send my non-existing kid to school. I guess those companies have no idea what my age was / is. Lmao

Completely agreed, Cheapskate0! Plus, I find it beyond pathetic that there are men on here judging a CARTOON character for her weight loss/gain. It’s a COMIC with many different proportions and styles. Next they’re going to tell us that “The Scream” lost or gained ___ amount of weight. (eye-roll)

Shouldn’t Shannon be….9 now? It seems to me that Brad is the only one who’s aged in the strip.

    Diat – I agree

I like them together, and some of you are WAY TOO hard on Bernice. If you don’t understand her, you obviously haven’t been in her shoes. I have… and somewhat still am. Also I’ve been married for several years now, and my husband’s supportive of my neuroses (as some would view them). And to the guy who said she’d be dead with her cats… Eff off. Maybe do something better with your life than pay money to a comic website and judge a fictional character.

I pity anyone who doesn’t notice and/or appreciate miracles. Hope they all figure it out the amazingness of life, one day.

DiminishedFirst, I agree. The country is quite young and seems to still be finding itself, in my opinion. I like finding out about my grandparents and great-grandparents’ homes/countries because I yearn to feel like I belong somewhere. If that makes sense.

He is a CHILD… in a COMIC. Maybe reserve your judgment of “ums” for something that MATTERS.

Not every comic’s storyline syncs up with the date it’s posted.
