I live in Niagara region in Ontario, weather looking good for Monday, luckily I can just go out onto the deck, sun will be right overhead at that time. Traffic is expected to be horrendous with up to 1 million visitors to the area that day so won’t do my usual grocery shopping that day, just sit back and enjoy!
Actually I checked several sources before I responded, and the only reason I responded was I get a little tired of the grammar police who fail to take into consideration that English may not be the first language of folks who post here. It was easy to understand the context of the original post.
I don’t want to reply to the duffus who responded to your posts to raise his profile but I did want to say that I know you tend conservative and don’t like Trudeau, I tend liberal and don’t like Polievre but when we have our next election no matter who wins we will both accept it along with the overwhelming number of Canadians doing the same and just get on with our lives and respect the decision made by our fellow citizens. Plus his comments about our destroyed country are just so stupid I don’t want to give them any credence. Amazing how all these Trumpers don’t get it that the harshest criticism of him is coming from those who served with him in his cabinet etc.Cheers, hopefully the chinooks will be blowing in soon. Here in my part of Ontario, our snow removal serve has only been once this year and for only 5cm…..sure made a killing on the prepaid fees…lol
We were planning that trip before the plague hit, but because my partner doesn’t like to fly we were going to do the whole trip from Toronto to Vancouver and back by train first class all the way. Now with the increased cost of living, it seems like a terrible waste of money. My partner did it 50plus years ago. Perhaps when we downsize in the next year or so.
Did you not understand that the comment was sarcasm
