I’m not sure about Bert and Ernie, but, certainly the cast of Law & Order must live in my TV.

This is a direct extract fro a basketball historian: “In the first decade of the game of basketball, the rule was that when the ball went out of bounds, it belonged to the first team to gain possession. I’ll repeat that: the ball went to the first guy who could get his hands on it. Naturally, this led to lots of elbowing and wrestling, which was disastrous given the spectators sitting right alongside the court!”

Basketball had a lot more contact in the olden days. I mean going way back when they played in areas light by gas lights. I believe that one of the nicknames for bball was “cagers” because it was so rough.

Basketball has been part of the Olympics since 1936. The 1972 Olympics basketball final was low point in sports history. Don’t you remember the Dream Team in 1992?
