   FOR DREDPIRATERBT$": We’re not honoring the military establishment, but the VETERAN and INDIVIDUAL SOLDIER, who goes where he/she is told and does what they are told to do…..put their life on the line in the name of this country. I was one of the soldiers in Vietnam, got a terrible welcome when I returned home…..but, you know, I did not start the war, I was not in politics, I did not HATE the enemy, but I had a job to do and I did it….and then came home to small minded masses who blamed me for the political actions of well-paid politicians. Sometimes life’s a bitch….then we die….but at least our soldiers die for a cause.

   FOR C DOWNS: well, in order for ANYONE to make this law more accepting to the American people, they would have to read and understand it themselves….not going to happen. I don’t think there is anyone who completely understands this stupid law…..although, maybe by now Nance Pelosi has read some of it and knows a little about it. Her statement of “Lets pass it and then we can find out what’s in it” told me all I need to know about Democrats. A great thing, having insurance on pre-existing conditions……wonder how much that will drive up the cost of your insurance? Also, many things that have absolutely nothing to do with healthcare are in that law….for instance, Obama being able to establish an internal police force bigger than the Army…..what’s that all about?

   For Simon_Jester: Did we lose or did the country lose? I betthe country lost a lot more than us republicans. But, hey…you get what you elect, so enjoy the high gasoline prices, high grocery prices, no jobs, lost income and homes…..but don’t come to me for help.

   for FORCROWS: I don’t make “deals” for my vote….but we get what we elect….so all those people without jobs….good luck. The next 4 years ought to be amusing….Dem Pres, Rep House, Dem Senate……hmmmmmm……of course this Pres does whatever HE wants, regardless of the law of the land, so it should be quire interesting.

    You get what you elect. It took a lot of votes of everyone to get the second term. As for me, I’ll no longer support the people without jobs, or people who have lost their homes and people living on the street, people in the gettos etc. I’m sure Barrack will take care of them.
