    It’s actually a bit of a stretch here. When you cook an egg, certain proteins undergo denaturing, where they change shape and therefore properties (hence why egg whites become white when cooked). Scientists found a way to “renature” those proteins back into the original form.

    That Japanese tradition doesn’t really surprise me. The idea behind traditions is that they show the best candidates for marriage. The stronger wolf gets to be alpha because he can better protect the pack. In this case, dying your teeth was something you needed to do regularly, which showed you have the free time to do so.
