Yes, but ‘Thank You’ (Canada) for allowing your friends south to purchase life-saving drugs at reasonable prices through the mail.

I had a co-worker (a year older than I) that was afraid to retire because he didn’t know what he’d do all day long. He had savings but didn’t want to sit in a chair all day long (his words). However, he got fed up with work for the same reasons I did and retired at 68. Now he’s building custom humidors for his cigar-smoking friends and for sale, working in the garden, playing vinyl records, relaxing, doing house improvements, and having a good time.

What I forgot to mention, however, is that some folks can’t retire because they have no nest egg saved away. You still need income when doing nothing.

Agreed. I bailed out at 65 in 2020. Just couldn’t stand my project management team. Adios, suckers. Now, it’s books, hobbies, guitar, golf, and doing nothing. Awesome.

He talks. He has anxieties. He’s in love with a fire hydrant. That’s all I know.

I do. It’s more powerful than my laptop. But, yes, the trend seems to be for laptops.

Thanks for the info. I’ve heard of LabVIEW but have never used it.
