    My municipal taxes jumped 30% because too many wealthy people bought up every available house or plot of land around where I live and paid crazy “get out of the city prices” during and after covid-19 diaspora. Down side of being able to work anywhere there is high bandwidth available.

    I’ve been using SiO2 deep cycle batteries they are very safe to lower my grid bill together with grid-tied 5200watts of solar panels plus another 660w DC to keep the battery banks happy and lighting at night. Just went through a 14 hour storm caused blackout no problems at all, the sun recharged my banks in about 2hrs
