   ridicules foolish useless law that makes people who have no idea how real-world works feel better by inconveniencing people who were never a threat the anyone. Think about it! If you are going to kill someone in anger, you have already decided the 50 rules and laws you are already breaking don’t matter. So, the 51st rule is somehow still important? If they can’t buy it at the store, they will steal one, or buy a stolen one, or hit a cop from behind and take the cop’s gun. Before you say that would never happen, it was a very common in the Soviet Union, soldiers and cops would refuse to go out armed because the people who were outlawed from having guns would kill them for the weapons if they had them.
