Comics fan located south of the Rio Grande. Astérix, Spirou et Fantasio & Tintin are my favourite French-language strips, but I can't imagine a life without Calvin & Hobbes.

    I suppose that’s fairly common while kids develop their vocabulary. Incidentally, “Esperanto” means hope – in Esperanto. A short-lived hope it was – it never really caught on.

    I hope that’s the end of the story, since I was such a bullied kid myself! I never learned Esperanto but I am a specialist in Bach’s fugues.

    Wouldn’t have guessed anyone would make a movie in Esperanto! Now I’m curious about what movie it was.
