It may not sound it from my comments, but I do like the characters. They might be annoying in real life, but as fictional characters, being able to recognize and relate to a character’s flaws helps to endear them to the reader (in this case…me). I think that I have more in common personality-wise with Andy than McKenzie, though.

Of course, it would be easy to defeat Andy as well. Just say something to get him to doubt himself, and he’ll fold like an accordion.

Let’s see… She’s standing around posing and isn’t doing anything useful…sure sounds like McKenzie. If she starts seeking approval from the people around her, and does something stupid to mess everything up, we’ll know it’s her for certain.

I’m impressed that she could actually switch the language setting in the narrative box, even if she can’t change it back. Not too many characters can actually mess up the narration boxes.

There are some things that we’re better off NOT knowing…but I imagine she’ll tell us, when she thinks it will get her the most internet attention…

At this point, Peanuts is really in its own little world where the logic of our world doesn’t apply, making Charlie Brown running away from home and sleeping in a cardboard box something that Charlie Brown’s family and friends won’t notice.

It’s like the various streaming services…they drop shows to “save money”, but then the wonder why people cancel their subscriptions.

Sad but true. As much as I like Peanuts, it’s all available online and in books. Why does it need to be in newspapers over the work of living cartoonists? Newspapers are a dying medium, in part because they do nothing to attract new readers.
