The burger place in the previous strip was called “Out-N-In.” Disappointing to see McGarry’s disregard for canon and contempt for readers.

OK, first of all, DC and Marvel are in different universes so these characters wouldn’t be voting in the same precinct. Not only that, but most of them live in different cities and, in Black Panther’s case, different countries. Secondly, superheroes shouldn’t be allowed to vote because their secret identities present an obvious potential for voter fraud (i.e. Batman could vote a second time as Bruce Wayne, perhaps a third time as Matches Malone, etc.). Third, it is unlikely that a masked vigilante like Batman would be on the voter rolls to begin with. Fourth, depending on the precinct’s rules, it is inadvisable for Wonder Woman to be using a cell phone in such close proximity to the voting booth. Fifth, if we are going by current Marvel Cinematic Universe continuity, Spider-Man is too young to vote and Captain America is a fugitive from the law. Finally, Hulk is too large and strong for the booth and special accommodations should have been made for him.
