is there a way to find old story lines (such as the Dr Whoopee arc) that have not been tagged?

I often feel that I don’t get the full depth of strip without the back story ..

@ baslimthebegger a colleague travelling in China was upset by spitting all round him so when he felt a tickle in his sinuses carefully took out his hanky, blew his nose thoroughly and put it back in his pocket.

Immediately, everyone round him recoiled in horror - ‘was he really going to keep THAT in his pocket?’

Popularity of boy shorts see G-string bring up rear Byline: By ERIN McCAFFERTY

AFTER years of riding high the bottom has finally dropped out of the thong market.

The tiny strip of panty material that took the fashion world by storm five years ago is starting to feel the pinch.

And in its place are boy shorts, which are fast becoming the lingerie of choice for modern Irish women.

Retail figures from market researcher Mintel show that women’s spending on thongs has dropped by 14 per cent since 2003 while sales of bigger pants have increased drastically over the last two years.

sorry, should have added the doctor’s comment that this was to avoid potential lawsuits from the subsequent children of women who do agree to be guinea pigs. My friend offered to be on the test panel and was accepted once she had proven that she had had a hysterectomy

    another angle

some years ago a female friend found that her (somewhat experimental) medication was affecting her hormones. When she asked her doctor for advice, he responded that he did not know the effect of these, or many other, drugs on women as they are not usually tested on females!

She then discovered that medical students are often not trained on female cadavers!

In other words, the medical model is a male one …

Tanya, maybe the 16th is St Patty’s day, celebrated wherever Darkeforce lives?

In Ireland, today is St Patrick’s Day aka round the world as the Paddy’s Day (though mostly celebrated by people who know no better than to drink green beer!). My two guests, Jewish colleens from Minnesota, have gone off to the parade dressed in green, with spiked hair. I think they are meant to be some kind of Celtic warriors.

In Cork, Patty is a either a girl’s name or a tin for making little cakes, known here as buns, now superseded by super-size muffins. Which will be on sale today in the French Food Fair.

    Very EU!
