And thus Luann learned that nothing is ever as boring as listening to someone else recount their dreams.

My friends, move to western NY state. Median home price is still under $100,000. A $1200/mo apt is considered high-end (we’re talking new loft apts, gorgeous but pricey.) While there are some very expensive homes, they are much bigger than similarly-priced homes on either coast. Rents are cheaper, too. You can still find a nice apt. in a good part of town for under $1000/mo. (including heat!) Real estate prices here are rising, however.

It’s quite common to find things like this in high-end consignment shops. Designer labels are BIG at those places. As long as the item is “gently used,” in other words, no rips, torn seams, stains, missing buttons or loops, etc, they are sellable.

Why would Tiffany room with Bets? Gunther only met the girl on a dating app! There was nothing saying that she went to the same school or even lives in the same town.

Two long months of eating everything that doesn’t eat him first, not to mention lazing around on the beach, while occasionally watching the baby. What suffering!

Luann approaches every new experience as a new way or a new place to do the same things she always does. Why would you bother going camping if you’re just going to sit and watch videos all day? You can do that at home.
