   This is such an unpleasant storyline. I wish it would get resolved soon as it is too depressing. The strange man who is Ann’s brother should have turned Ann into the police after the lingerie deal. Tiffany’s friends and Ann’s brother should have arranged a meeting with Tom/Tiffacy long ago to tell Tom that Ann is a con artist. I would much rather be reading about Luann finding a boyfriend than seeing Tiffany emotionally and financially abused in a comic strip that I read to get away from unpleasant things.

   I agree with cholomanaba. This has been one of my favorite strips, but this storyline seems to condone criminality. So many people could intervene to help Tiffany, but they don’t. I put most of the blame on Ann E’s brother who should have gone to law enforcement after the lingerie incident. He, Luann, amd Gunther should instist on a meeting with Tiffany’s father with Ann present. I can’t stand to see Tiffany being subjected to emotional and financial abuse. Why should we have to see this in a comic strip? Way too depressing and frustrating to see noone helping Tiffany.
