   Well, they jumped from the Annie ones to the pre-Annie ones just a few months ago when Annie was being hospitalized because of her cancer. Maybe they’re getting back on track. But if they are, they sure are going about it the long way.

   I’m OK with the artwork, and even the plotting in general (after all, a time traveling caveman and company is gonna be weird no matter what) but it kinda irks me that Alley has become a kind of doofus. And Wonmug is sorta self-involved and mean.

   I won’t say what I think may be the meaning of “turtle-chewing”,— (this is still mostly a family oriented website)— only to say that I think turtle-chewing may be invoking a visual, rather than a verbal reference.

   Also, “love chunks” as it is being used in the strip, may not be aimed at Unity/Sweetheart, but possibly a reference to Nick himself, as in “What am I, chopped liver?” Still doesn’t really explain what it means =-}. We will have to get Garrity and/or Wells to elucidate.
