Love the Tux mascot on the back of the cards. Little touches…
CLEVELAND?! Cleveland is what you get when you take away all the good parts of Florida! (anybody remember those FL tourism ads?)
Actually, I love the Pens, it’s just that hockey is what it is. ;-)
and if you’re really bad, Penguins tickets?
goodness gracious! Who knew? (well, besides you, that is) ;-)
Is that supposed to be War and Peace that Snoopy’s performing??? Gonna be one long puppet show
Thing is, I don’t live in the US, and haven’t for years. Gritty is new, so even though my brother lives in Philly, I didn’t know about it. Makes me feel kind of foolish. ;-)
I finally had to look up who this “Gritty” person is. Turns out he’s the mascot for the Philly Flyers hockey team. Thought I’d share that for readers who may not live in the US. (or who are unaware of NHL mascots)
If you really didn’t give a rat’s arse, you wouldn’t be commenting here. :-) Seems you really do have your pants in a wad. Let it go, man. the Beatles are the Beatles, and ain’t nothing Apple could have done to change that—and don’t forget, Apple Corp obviously got over it, as they awarded Apple by giving them their digital catalog first. If they could get over it, maybe you should try too. :-) IMO, it was Martin who was the jerk by suing Apple in the first place. Oh, and most companies will be “jerks” sooner or later. They are only human, just like you and I, and we are all jerks in one way or another.
Yeah? Sosumi! (so sue me) (for the uninitiated, that is a sound on MacOS—still exists, it’s my Mac’s system beep—that the engineers made to taunt the lawyers of Apple Corp when they finally added true sound generation to the Mac in System 7.xx) :-D More seriously, please observe that it was iTunes store that was the first place one could purchase digital copies of the Beatles music, so I guess Apple Corp couldn’t have been too upset. :-)
