STEVERINOCT I noticed that you added CT at the end of your name. Is that for Connecticut? I understand if you say “none of your business”.

Not just Vitamin C in tomatoes, Lycopene is cancer-preventative phytonutrient — an antioxidant with a laundry list of amazing benefits. It’s most commonly found in tomato nutrition, but you can consume it in a number of common fruits and veggies.https://draxe.com/lycopene/

I’m sober and vegan. I don’t have a soapbox and couldn’t care less if you are a carnivore or notAnyone who wishes to impose their way of living on anybody, are arrogant and should be avoided.

I’m a vegan not because I have a “philosophy” about protecting animals, like most people I like animals, but am not fanatic about them.

I just can’t stand to eat what I find disgusting (meat, animal’s milk and eggs….). If you love them go ahead, I would never hate you for that . Most of my family, girlfriend and friends are carnivores, and I love them.

All that just to say that not all vegans are arrogant fanatic jerks.
