The Dems used the filibuster about 1/4 as much as the R’s have. The Dems foolishly gave a pass to Bush’s two “movement conservative” SCOTUS appointees. But you are only allowed to be right wing or moderate for the court these days, never liberal. Too bad, the court most devoted to individual rights in the history of the US was the liberal Warren court.
Just what is “illegal” really? Any legality to the US having stolen 1/3 of Mexico in 1846? Guess not. But I can’t blame Mexicans for still considering all the land from Texas to California to be part of their own country.
