Thank you for this. My dad introduced us kids to the ‘Sunday funnies’….He would laugh whole-heartedly at them or groan over puns…Missing that laugh of his today. He would have clipped this one out of the paper and saved it, I just know it.

Housekeeper here and this happens to us all the time!! Sheets that fit the older mattresses but not the new, thicker ones, smaller sheets disguising themselves as the bigger ones(king sheets are a different color as twins and queens, and still we get queen sheets in that color!) So trust me, I know the pain!

Even though the dates are different between today and the one on the strip itself, I love how this particular one ended up being posted on my birthday! So fitting!

You know, I actually agree with the professor and still ship Quill and Luann…What has been failed to understand is true love isn’t all happiness all the time. There will be arguments and conflict. But afterwards, you communicate. You listen. You compromise. Just drives me crazy seeing Luann give up so easily after she fought for him when he first showed up. My hope is that after this week, she’ll realize she still has a bit of that old fight inside her. I may be in the minority…I know Quill’s not perfect, but neither is Luann. Mistakes were made, and now they can both learn from them.
