What awfully long leashes. No way they’re the retractable ones.
So, are many dog owners dumb enough to use long leashes that let a dog get out of their sight?
Obviously comic logic doesn’t allow them to simply follow the leashes?

I always wondered how so many dogs were free to frequent the Cafe.
At least the dogs are having fun!
This is just a reversal of the dog being tied up while the owner is shopping. The dog is left to wonder if his master is ever coming back. Now we’re looking at it from the dog’s point of view!
