“Hold my beer……”
“I can make the light.”
That and “here Hold my beer!”
One should go with a bang!
I hate when that happens …
“Why is it everything I liked to do was bad for my health?”
But what a way to go!
Somehow as kids we got away with those stunts, but as a Plugger it’s best not to “have/do one for old times sake”!
Reminds me of General Custer’s famous last words: “Lookit all them indians”.
I thought it was “Hold my beer…”
Was it good enough to win a Darwin Award?
“It seemed like a good idea at the time.”
It’s catchier than “so that’s why there was a warning on the box”.
And we stand there and remember. Thank God for friends!
“It looked good on paper.”
“Uh course I know howta run ’lectriity!”
It has to be something that they say before, not after whatever they plan to try. Like 1. I don’t have to turn off the hydro first. 2. Don’t worry I read how to do this on line. 3. Hold my beer.
I think that my Dad’s last word was a reverent “Jesus”. Late in his dementia it was the only word he would say.
