And the “pops” without the movement!
Some pluggers are thankful they can move at all without constant spinal, arm or leg pain.
Usually know where the sound came from … Tis the why part that is a bother ;-)
Them pluggers. They is such pop stars eh.
Snap, Crackle, POP!!!
did you hear that?
I found this comic a few months back. Since I am entering my senior years it is entertaining and educational. Gives me a preview lol
My body protests a movement by quietly refusing to do it.
That’s when your doctor’s diagnosis is Rice Krispy Syndrome… Snap, Krackle, and Pop.
Makes me check behind me, because that sound couldn’t have come from ME.
I well know the location of the sounds. Its the grinding of teeth from pain. That ao dislike.
I know where it all comes from, the pain tells all.
All my joints complain when I move.
That would be my wonky shoulder. Used to throw sidearm as a kid, & now it’s caught up to me at age almost-70. This stuff does wonders:

Are my knees supposed to sound like a goat chewing on a tin can full of celery?
“Did anyone else hear that?”
No guessing. And ear splitting craaack! is from my vertebra, usually from the neck and the pop is usually my hip.
And should I try moving some more, or wait awhile and see if I need medical attention?
