Food becomes problematic as one ages and gets more medical conditions. Diabetes – very limited carbs. High Cholestrol – very limited fats. Okay, so I can still eat those nice health vegetables – uh oh! Low thyroid – avoid cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage…) and soy among other foods.
I have figured out that the only foods I can actually eat in big enough amount are green beans and mushrooms!

Ah, yes! The four food groups. Dine in, delivery, drive through, and take out!

Like Garfield finding a loophole in his diet once upon a time with carrot cake when told he needs to eat more vegetables.

Actually two food groups – fruit and grains. I like the jelly filled doughnut – they’re just a different type of the two food groups too.
