When I was growing up 5 channels (we lived in NY just outside of the city & got all their channels) & something on everyone at the same time with no VCR or DVR. Now thousands of channels & nothing. I check the weather channel & maybe the rerun channels Buzzr, MEtv etc, but more often the DVD player. Saturday morning has some sort of decent programs as they are geared for kids. I see them when I’m doing cardio at the gym & actually record a few. They are the educational shows.

Get a DVR. I never have this “problem” since I got mine. Or, why not use your VCR? You look like a bear who’d still have one.

This is why I need to keep cable, if I switch to streaming services I can’t endlessly roll through the channels. My wife would be so disappointed.
