Has anyone noticed Ethan is sometimes drawn with black dot eyes and other times with sclera? You can see this when you compare today’s strip with yesterday’s.

I know she’s acknowledging the fact that reality involves a Unicorn, but what if Emily and Ethan were aware of that 4th wall.

So butter helps Marigold with a problem instead of being a UNICORN?

Some days a strip is just perfect. This is one of them.

I really want to put “I have to hose the butter off my unicorn” on a T-shirt, but unless Marigold’s picture is on it, it sounds more like an innuendo.
