Ah, so it’s P&HU’s version of Marvel (judging by Orange Skull sounding like a reference to Red Skull), not Game of Thrones. Good to know.
Yes, shooting is exactly what a raygun does. This is not news to me.
Well, Marigold, if you knew about the pew, pew, pew, you’d know that his first name was Pepe, and that he was a skunk, and that he speaks French.
C’mon Phoebe! Peter Griffin makes better laser sounds than that.
Yawn. Sorry, but that pales in comparison to the part where they replicate the cover of Captain Blaster Comics #1. You know where he gave a good punch to Rudolph Spitler.
Since Captain Blaster is a “she”, I conclude that she is a parody of the current Marvel comics version of Captain Marvel in the current movie. The previous Marvel comics version of Captain Marvel was a man. So was the Fawcett comics original Captain Marvel (real name Billy Batson) who was taken over by DC comics and used in a comic book called Shazam. Shazam is also the title of a movie featuring the Fawcett/DC version of Captain Marvel.
Pew pew pew? Well, at least the congregation will have somewhere to sit!
So you’re telling the best part of Endgame that we’ll never see.
So, is “Captain” a military rank? Army, naval, what? C’mon, spoiler me.
What, no Trump comments about the “Orange Skull”? Did we all decide to leave politics out of comic strips? The more things change……..
Captain Blaster sounds more like a space hero, very Flash Gordonish.
Is anyone else having difficulty following this story line? Did I miss a day or something?
The last time I heard that many “Pews” was after the all-you-can-eat chili buffet…
At least you tried, Phoebe.
