Never too cold for some ice cream – sadly I haven’t had a lot recently.

If you were lactose intolerant, a gallon of ice cream before bed would not improve your sleep.

I even like to drink melted ice cream.

My favorite: two good scoops of a creamy French vanilla ice cream a tall glass topped off with a good cream soda like Barqs (the red or French vanilla variety) or A & W if Barqs is not available to make a killer float.

I make do with a pint of Haagen-Daz (vanilla bean) and I’m losing weight; of course I also only eat two meals a day.

The containers of ice cream are shrinking instead of my stomach. Who remembers when ice cream came in 64 oz. containers? Now they are 48 oz.

I had a small dinner b/c I got home late & DH was hungry, and just ate a pint of Magnum ice cream. That’s as rich as a gallon of normal ice cream.

i eat a small dinner precisely because i’m leaving room for chocolate and ice cream…

Got to eat that gallon before 8PM.

Think small and grow big, Pig…how do you manage that? :D

Pigs have to eat a lot of food to have their proper body weight.

Smaller portions make it hard? Senior men will try anything.

I am not sure which is worse, someone talking to you about their diet or a vegan talking about how wrong you are.

It came as a shocking “revelation” to some people, when the report came out that salads can have as much calories as a Big Mac. Yes, there are green leaves in a salad, but the cup of mayonnaise you just poured over it, does not get beamed into space after you gobble it down.

This is exactly why my experiment with intermittent fasting was short lived :p

“Just skip meals to loose weight” turned into periodic binging on everything and anything I could get my hands on.
