As someone who’s had the flu for the last week i’ve had amazing success losing weight that way.

Reminds me of a diet craze I heard of back in the 1960s; Metracal mixed with Vodka. You didn’t lose any weight but you didn’t worry about it either.

This only works if you aren’t very hungry. Another study showed that hungry people took the same amount for food regardless of plate size.

I’ve found one of the quickest ways to lose weight is the “Shrimp that’s been out all night” diet.
maybe that’s what i’m doing wrong. This is why i’m not losing weight eating off of saucers.

I need big plates because food shouldn’t be touching.
