Transcript:
Pig: Hello, Rat. May I please have some coffee? Rat: Sure, Pig. Let me hand you some... cofFEE... Pig: It worked! It worked! Rat: First 3D comic ever. Goat: Give me my coffee back.
Should we now be afraid that when Rat goes on his rampages, we might get hit? Or one of Guard Ducks bullets might ricocheted and look as if it is going to hit us.
Okay, so the 3D effect works, but the 4thWall Transition needs work. The coffee tastes like newsprint.Even on a computer monitor, it tastes like newsprint.
seems out of place seeing Rat “cuter and friendlier than usual” in 2nd panel………….. than again, he is so extreme in being nasty and unfriendly, that almost anything else is friendlier and cuter
By the way, I usually ignore ads on websites, but the one to the right here “Hire Stephan to speak at your next event”, makes me wish I was planning an event I could hire him for. …just saying.
I’m pretty sure I was given a 3D Spider-Man comic back in ’85 with those stupid blue and red “3D” glasses that just give you a headache trying to look at the supposed 3D effect.
I guess this means I’ll have to stop reading PBS! Sigh. I mean, I can now only view it properly in an iMax theater, and I can’t afford to go to one of those every day of the week, all year ’round! Curse you, Technogeek-Pastis! Give me back my 2D comic strip!
I’m partially color blind, but that has no effect on the red/blue 3-D effect. The color is filtered by the lens, not by your eye. The lens on the right filters out the left eye image and vice-versa. The light hitting the right eyeball is the right-eyed image, and vice-versa. How the eyeball interprets the color does not effect how it interprets a stereo image.

This is especially funny as I’m reading your first treasury where perspective was nowhere to be found.

Does this mean Rat can get out of the panels and go after anyone- I mean- everyone who displeases him?
Popeyesforearm about 12 years ago

Goat will never see the 3-D effect if he keeps his eyes closed.
