Characters dance to iPods.
"A dance for Steve (from a Rat who doesn't even LIKE to dance)."
R.I.P. Steve Jobs.
Who’ll dance for Dennis Ritchie?
The songs they’re listening to:Pig: On the Good Ship LollipopGoat: She Blinded Me with ScienceCroc: Crocodile RockZebra: Help!Duck: Ride of the ValkyriesStephan: Cartoon HeroesRat: Money (That’s What I Want)
Beautiful satiric tribute to the late Steve Jobs! Sherlock,I like your suggestions, except that I wasn’t familiar with Cartoon Heroes until I looked it up on YouTube just now.
Really great tribute!
Lame. I seriously hope people stop idolizing him very very soon.
I ♥ my iPod
“Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow”………indeed, oh wow.
@Introverted Fool “Real heroes are leaving us in Silence”.
Jobs was a marketoid, and his marketing wizardry pays off after his death. Without Denis, there would be no Jobs…
R.I.P. Dennis Ritchie…
Stands right up there with Steph’s tribute to his late father-in-law. Good job.
Love the way Lil Guard Duck is struttin’ his stuff.
Fabulous tribute, Steph! And Sherlock, ; ) I think Croc would add “In Heaven There Is No Beer” to his playlist.
Very nice – a fitting tribute.
Rat should have a combination I-pod and beer mainliner.
Didn´t know Zebra was into heavy metal.
Try a left click on the strip. Works for me.Jobs was an interesting personality. Those who are idolizing him, however, have very probably not met him.
Thanks, Stephan. Well done!
Now you know why I am not paying for the “Pro” account that they lent me when Comics.com was bought out. What advantages? Where?
To jfkpj: What trouble receiving go comics? My mac has never had that problem. To codedaddy: Jobs was a human being, not a strange being from another planet who fights for truth, justice, and the American way. I suspect you are right about the idolizers having never met him. I miss him. Great tribute Stephan.
It’s great! Steve jobs has seen this up there
How can you tell sherlockwatson
Great tribute Stephan..
R.I.P Steve Jobs.
thanks Rati love it!!RIP Steve
Amen Stephan. I would dance to the rest of the Apple catalogue too. Growing up before the computer age, these marvelous gifts are still magical to me. There may be no afterlife to RIP in, but Steve will live in our lives for a long time to come.
By the way, it’s also a nice tribute to Jules Feiffer’s dances to spring etc. All about gratitude and fond appreciation.
This is a song I like.It’s a parody for Frework.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pU3f0XW9fKA

Very sweet tribute to Steve Jobs, who has changed life for all of us today.
This strip reminded me again of how much we lost when Steve died. Rest in peace, Steve. You really did change the world.
Well done! Thank you!!!
great job! very nice tribute ! R.I.P. Steve Jobs
It’s alright, but a tribute to Bil Keane would be more appropriate…
Sweet. And classy.
Very nice. I shall dance along with them for Steve. Great work.
Thanks folks. I seriously had no idea what Steve he meant until I saw the comments, even though I recognized the iPod commercial reference. Don’t really see the point of a Steve Jobs memorial strip, but can’t think what else it would mean.
A lil late but still good. Thanks Steph.
K, I think we found a way of calculating how much in advance Pastis must submit his strips…
Rat should be listening to Paper Planes by M.I.A.
RIP Steve Jobs
