so much for music to rest your soul
I coda seen that coming.
Looks like treble Snoopy…you got dumped on your bass!
Any ideas whether the “score” in the last panel is one of Schulz’ excerpts from a real piece, and, if so, what is it?
If only music could solve such problems that easily.
This is the closest I can come to what Schroeder is playing.

Better a bed than a Beethoven bedlam…
What piano piece is that?
Snoopy, you had better take note of what is happening around you.
A very moving (even rousing) performance.
Snoopy, the Musical!
Never sleep on musical notes.
That second frame looks like a bed of nails.
Good thing that Schroder’s not playing a Cecil Taylor piece. Those notes would have knocked Snoopy clear out of the frame!
That is musical fourth wall breaking.
Shroder should play this piece when Lucy is over. It might move her out quicker.
Just love the character of Schroeder and the music he makes with all the notes Schultz puts in there.
Music is supposed to move you
Very clever.
Music really moves Snoopy.
Maybe that’s why my dogs howl when I play my piano. Perfect quiet when the grandkids peck away at it, but when I try to play Chopin….
Those arpeggios wreak havoc on your spine.
What world does Snoopy live in?
Ah, carried away by the music…nice!
The Schroeder automatic get-up-and-go alarm clock with music to start your day.
The music notes affecting the nearby objects is one of the best imaginations none can think other than Schulz
Does Schroder ever use whole and half notes?
Music hath harms, to move the savage beast.
Is there supposed to be some deep hidden meaning behind this? Because if it’s supposed to be only funny, it’s missing the mark.
I did learn a short intro of a classical piece by Shroeder a short time ago, but the one showed in the cartoon would drive me nuts.
