    Rerun was an improvement over Linus. He had already read Anna Karenina by the time he was in kindergarten.

    That’s what the Russians do, Grog. Alexei becomes Aloysha, Mikhail becomes Misha, etc.Took me ages to realise that all those nicknames in War and Peace referred to only about 6 people.

    Yeah same here I just Substute the name with something im familiar with like Robert, John, Marry& Josh it just simplify everything

    Linus rocks! He’s not only my favorite Peanuts character but my favorite comic character. We can all learn from a security blanket and novels written for scholarly adults.

    This one made me laugh because that’s exactly what I do. I quickly gave up on dealing with real names when I read Cancer Ward by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn.
