If skunk comes in and stinks up your house and you bring someone in to clean it up and they mention the skunk and you tell them to not talk about the skunk, then what are you?

YOU ARE EITHER STUPID OR A REPUBLICAN!

This “Republicans were in control for 8 years” bs excuse is used up. Such a cop out to blame the prior office. Happens every 4-8 years by each party. Get over yourselves.

Bush and the first two years of the Democratic majority Congress got us into this (Remember the Democrats were in charge of Congress in the last two years of the Bush administration and Bush foolishly went along with their stupid bailout plans and lack of focus). Here we are with a third year of a Democratic majority and a President who has taken the bulk of the last few years travesties and tripled them. Triple debt. Triple wars. Find someone frustrated with the last few years and you’ll likely find someone turning away from BOTH parties. There are many of us that are well educated, prosperous types (unlike Oliphant’s depiction) who are sick of BOTH parties and are working toward a non-partisan vision of a better country. After Bush, Obama and the Democratic Congress it couldn’t get..much…worse, at least!

I suppose one who writes a longer paragraph ought to have made sense. Well educated and prosperous has nothing to do with the conversation. Supporting wedge issue politics in order to give away the social order has it all to do with it.

The so-called majority several mention was simply an illusion as is the huge majority many claim now. There was never an attempt to reign in shrub and his treasury vermin simply because the rethugs could overcome any attempt with fillabuster and their friendly blue dogs in the House.

At this point the rethugs are chortling in the background knowing the well educated and prosperous Americans they have in their thrall are really and genuinely too stupid to understand the shell game they have been consumed with.

    This country is truly lost.
