If he did then guess what. Someone would make money off them cashing it because many don’t have back accounts in the first place. I’d be just another way to pass some more money to the bottom feeders in the financial industry.

Why are people complaining and blaming directly to the President anyway? Federal government already gave them a ton of money and if it hasn’t been used properly, the state + municipal governments should be taking the heat….after all, rebuilding is their responsibility.

It seems we have forgotten where the last balanced budgets came from. Is it a sin to pay for what our country has in the way of government? Roads, police protection, Armed services, etc.? If we didn’t have the huge National debt made mostly by the “Conservatives”, we’d be in pretty good shape. Think of how much interest is paid each day on that debt. ?????????
It goes back to Nixon (thanks for the healthcare), Reagan (thanks for the immigrants), Bush Sr. (Thanks for black tuesday), Clinton (thanks for starting the outsourcing program) and of course War Bush (Thanks for taking all of the above failed policies and placing them on steroids)

If the corpse of engineering contracted with honest contractors who did the job right, folks wouldn’t (necessarily) have been fishing off their roofs.
