The term AI is being overused currently as everyone want to get onto the band wagon. Don’t get me wrong, there are some instances which are definitely AI, but calling something that just performs conditional responses to inputs without any real ‘intelligence’ behind it, is NOT AI.
See? It’s things like that keep me from trusting current models. Every now and then there’s a flash forward to the inevitable day of reckoning. Which we will lose in less than a minute.
