If Louie had hands he could be a master chef.

I don’t like my meat bleeding more than I would.

“I’ve seen cows burnt worse than this get better.” And… “I like more than rare. Get cow, wipe its nose, wipe its butt and send it in.”

Ground meat must be cooked to 155 degrees to kill the E-coli. Even medium-rare burgers are just cooked to 145 degrees. Happy eating.

I will eat medium-rare at a good establishment. But mostly I like cooked through. I need a Louie.

I want Louie to tell me when my burgers are ready.

This doesn’t make sense. He says his burger is done and goes to pick it up because the dog said that it’s “rare”. So good so far.

But the other option was “medium rare”, which is more cooked than rare! In that case his burger would not be done yet?

Yeah, I know, cartoon physics and all. I guess meat cooks in reverse here.
