And they haven’t even gotten to the Brine/noBrine Turkey and the pumpkin vs Pecan pie yet! At this rate it will be the middle of January before anybody can eat!In the meantime we can all agree on FREE DRY!
Well at least they agreed on the NO green bean casserole. None of my dinners would include green beans either.
Good morning, Crew!
BUT, the green bean casseroles and fruit cakes are a tradition!
Charley votes for Welsh (giant) Rabbit as the main course, with a heaping side of garden veggies for poetic justice.
Good Morning Crew,Always best to leave the Mom’s out of this…..Have A Great Day Matie’s and Free “DRY” Now !
OK Crew,I give up. I have been trying to add “Free Dry Now” to my user name for over a week now. HELLLLLLPPPPP
it’s been one, long, Dry -less week…..(sigh)
Good morning Dry.
The only proper Thanksgiving Dinner is in early October and is thus:Turkey Dressing (not stuffing, as it can be contaminated)Mashed White PotatoesCandied YamsGlazed CarrotsPeaches & Cream Corn Niblets (or corn on the cob)Canned Cranberries (gotta have the “sloooooop” sound)Green Beans OR Peas (with butter)Apple & Pumpkin Pie
Shika & StelBel.
I really can not stand green beans. Green beans are not allowed in this house. Even the frozen dinners I buy are green bean free.
ALLAN, DRY asked me to post this for her:
Hey there, Allan! How ya’ doing? Your menu sounds pretty good, but you forgot the warm rolls and butter! LOL!
This just in from Dry …
Why not make both coleslaws? It is Thanksgiving after all!
Good morning Crew, and Insitgator, THANK YOU! YOUR SUPPORT MEANS THE WORLD TO ME! WOOF! WOOF!
Right out of “Your Inner Child Of The Past.”
Sometimes its a blessing not to be able to eat wheat. No sticky stuffing and no green bean-soup-onionring casserole!
I would love to see their moms……………….
@ Cap Kidd from Dry …
High there Cap Kidd! They have been shown on occasion. And come to think of it, I don’t recall Nate’s niece selling Girl Scout cookies this year, either. LOL!
And stuffing made from scratch is way better tasting than stuffing out of a box.
People are beginning to notice “Free Dry”.
Good night Dry.
DRY asked me to pass this on:
GOODNIGHT CREW! GOODNIGHT CHIP! ARF! ARF!
(Yip, yip, from me Crew. Night!)
Reunions are always an adventure, aren’t they?
We miss you, Dry, and look forward to having you back soon.
Good Evening, Crew.
