You can tell this is a ‘fantasy’ strip, Lulu didn’t even tear the wrapping paper and the bow is still intact. The only thing missing is the diamond cut rose coloured glasses.
I used to grow catnip for a favorite neighborhood cat, Woodie.
One day, I decided to set the catnip plant out among a large array of potted plants in tiers on the patio, thinking Woodie wouldn’t notice or bother the plant.
When I came home from work that first day, I found the plant stripped of leaves, shredded, and scattered all over the patio. In the middle of this “carnage”, Woodie, high on ’nip, rolled over and gave me a little exhausted “meow”: Woodie had had himself an all day catnip orgy! Ha!
Later, I put the catnip in hanging baskets on the patio roof, handy for when Woodie and his sister came along, but out of reach.

Reminds me of the night one of ours managed to get the lid off the tin! Five stoned cats with big grins on their faces and catnip all over the floor!
