Wait till she finds out what happens when you get enough girls in one place, it’s not always pretty.

No conflict among women is a fairy tale.

Why are we missing the Mad Hatter?

Given the proclivity of rabbits, the female rabbit won’t be too happy in a girls-only world.

Girls like pizza, too?

Girl World…no conflict???? High school is going to a rude awakening for Danae.

My wife worked in an office of mostly women. Every day she would come home with a tale of conflict and woe. I listened because I had to.

What about Adam & the dudes before Eve? They have no conflict!

Oddly enough, Danae’s preadolescent fantasy “girl’s world” plays out in assisted care facilities where the vast majority of the elderly residents are single women who seem livelier and happier than their male counterparts. The women seek out each other’s company and are engaged in activities while the men, even when rounded up and seated together, are solitary and disengaged.

In a world without 2 (or more) sexes, there would have to be a different way to reproduce.Any conflicts would be for resources would likely be with other species.

Danae is young yet. There will be many lessons in her future, with or without Lucy.

She needs some conflict to make it interesting, some action. Start with trying to change a light bulb

“Barbie Land” is perfect, where I can be anything and dance every night; Neil deGrasse Tyson thinks it’s located somewhere in the Keys. Until I can get there, I stop the Blu-ray before she leaves for the Real World. Happy trails!

So….she really thinks there are no conflicts between girls?

I think there’s a comic about a unicorn that’s kind of like that.

Now, by “Girl World,” does she literally mean “girl” in the singular sense, as in just her? Because if she thinks a boy-free, girls-only world would be conflict-free, she hasn’t spent a lot of time around other girls!

For the all the mansplainers here: Women know they are not conflict free. However, a great deal of that conflict does not involve beating, killing or SA, or being “collateral damage” of another’s conflict.

Like God, everything is possible for a 9 year-old girl …

Any world with more than one person in it is going to have conflict. It’s in the species
