Kate: So what's the point of being in a constant state of outrage, Danae? Danae: 'Cuz that's how the world works, Kate. Kate: Uh...really? How so? Danae: Apparently, if you're always in a rage, people will mindlessly go along with it, figuring you must be right if you're so outraged. 'Scuse me, but it's time for an outrage update... Voice from out of frame: ATTENTION, MINIONS... Kate: This is why I think you should block cable news channels, daddy. Ned: Good idea.

In the interest of fair and balanced “outrage” at the outrageous outrage by the outliers ( or outlyer, as I prefer to call them ), I had to add MSNBC to my list.I go back to the days of Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow ( Both were very informative and entertaining ).
Since moving to Ecuador, I get my national news on television via. BBC, AlJazeera, Hong Kong News and some PBS. I have Bloomberg, Faux News and a couple of CNN channels but don’t usually watch them.
As a recovering political and news junkie, I try to limit my daily intake of dross !
