I predict that one day Wiley will be buried in The Last Words Cemetary, under a stone that reads “bears don’t really eat people”. :-)

Thank you! I was wondering what a PEI shot glass was.

Spent vacation one year in the Pacific NW, including a day in Vancouver. Passing the courthouse I decided to see if any cases were goingon, and was directed to a court room. When thecasew concluded the judge, clerks and barristerswished each other happy vacation. The CrownProsecutor said he was going to PEI ‘cos he wantedto get ’as far as possible from Vancouver and still bein Canada.’

People around here are getting desperate enough to fall for something like this.

The shoulder hump looks like grizzlies. I think they do eat people. Black bears usually don’t, but they do like frozen meatballs.

Enoki, looks more like the work of a snow blower to me….Where’d they get that? Who knows? But Wiley’s bears are wily bears…….

    - new breed of bear, they talk and reason, don’t hibernate and they like to eat human flesh-A new breed that might eat humans isn’t needed; the old ones do a fine job. There are records of bear attacks on humans that do involve eating the human attack victims.-Black bear attack on Robert Weaver who was hiking and taking pictures in Alaska; bear on scene was killed and had Weaver’s remains in stomach. Bernice Adolph, an elder of the Xaxli’ First Nation, was reported missing. When found, her autopsy confirmed a bear attack. A bear found on scene was killed and DNA analysis proved Adolph’s remains had been eaten by the bear. -There have been some attacks by brown bears in both Denali National park and Yellowstone where human remains were found in the bears. Cases involved Richard White, hiking in Denali, and John Wallace and Brian Matayos, whose remains were both found in the same bear.

Lovely how the bears cleared such a nice wide path. So helpful. Must remember to give them a treat..PEI – Prince Edward Island. (though the post office wants us to use PE – which makes no sense.).the Rock is now down to NL – but I still use Nfld. (the fingers just typed that without trying).
