I’m with Norm here, we spent yesterday and today raking the yard, getting it ready for spring fertilizer and what not. At least a dozen bags of leaves & twigs from neighbors cottonwood trees, pine needles from our ponderosa pines and thatch. Woof! Now if Mother Nature will be nice and give up some rain instead of me starting the sprinklers system, that would be nice! BTW, trying to crush down Pondo needles is like sticking your hand in a big bag of forks, yee-ouch!

This is why they have riding mowers with cup holders.

Delay mowing and help bee habitat…Norm should like that.

If the rain/snow doesn’t let up, plant some rice and peat moss.
