Good idea. Keep talking. Nancy’s just waiting for the merest hint of a pause so she can butt in and make the conversation about how good she is at stuff like that.
“Giving up control? The deciding factor if you succeed or fail?” You just hit the girl on the head with a baseball! Why don’t you just shut up talking about yourself and show a little bit concern and call a doctor?
She’s a great team leader.
After that bump on her noggin, Nancy thinks this is all a dream sequence.
Oh god, I don’t think Esther will survive university group projects. And I don’t just mean because of how much worse things will be with the world facing its end due to climate change by the time she’s old enough.
Nancy and Esther will have to remain seated on that bench at least through Saturday, which should be the maximum recovery time for Nancy’s head bump.
