You… you ludicrous poppinjay!
Mildred 1. Google 1. Nancy 0.
What about, You .. Karen! [Her name’s not Karen is it?]
Huh, I get a link to Macmillan, who suggest “stupid” or “jerk”.
I had hoped the majesty of English would be a little more in evidence.
People who are naturally creative do not need Google.
Oh yeah?! I’ll bet it sucks to be a person who… uh… who… um…
Hold on… ok, it’s loading… Frig! My stupid wifi is down! Hold on… hold on… hold on… Ah! Got it!
A person who sucks! BURN!
Nancy is losing badly. Soon this comic is going to be called Mildred.
Okay, the girls have been arguing for several minutes and the dogs haven’t moved or barked. Olivia, the dogs need help. : )
A robot that’s capable of motion is self-driving by definition. The self-driving part is what makes it a robot.
In many ways, Nancy is showing an important trifecta for us here…..
a) she is clearly debunking Mildred’s rather pithy statement.
b) she is demonstrating how genius and creativity can be assisted by technology.
c) she is showing us how genius and creativity do not always equate with instant recall.
Even though more “Midred-ish” folks may suggest that Nancy is showing how she can be replaced by a computer… the more astute (like Nancy herself) realize that tools can help foster creativity, help increase efficiency, and help when neuronal firing is not as organized as desired.
