Jerome is clearly the best one
Nancy’s still in Make Up???
Remember when Nancy meant you WOULD see Nancy – Nancy had friends – Nancy’s friends SMILED – and just enjoyed being average third-grade kids?
FROM THE OLDEN DAYS WHEN NANCY ACTUALLY APPEARED IN THE NANCY STRIP, SHE HAD FRIENDS WHO SMILED, AND ALL THE KIDS ACTUALLY ENJOYED BEING AVERAGE THIRD-GRADE KIDS
A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.
Even though he’s wearing a red shirt today, I think that Amal might be the “evil Sluggo” that we were talking about on Oct. 12? If there’s general agreement, then I’ll put him on the Secondary Characters roster at Wikipedia since he’s such a frequently recurring character. Or anyone else is free and welcome to edit him in there, of course.
I suppose she’ll get to Nancy tomorrow.
Animaniacs made Amal a little less special.
Is there some significance to the “atom” insignia in panels 3 and 4?
I have yet to see Mr Peanut show up in Peanuts.
Mildred is the Anti- Nancy. It is written in scripture, Jaimes Chapter 6 Verse 6. If you don’t believe me, ask the great theologian, Linus Van Pelt. He can be found in the most sincere pumpkin patch.
Call them the “Brain Trust”.
Mildred has revealed all of their superpowers.
Is there a joke here that I’m not getting?
