To see entitled people complain about how the new Nancy is bad and how we should go back to the saccharine version filled with vague country music references, scroll down the comments section.
This looks like a nod to Choose Your Own Adventure Stories. If you want to talk to the ghost, turn to page eight. If you want to leave the haunted house, turn to page twenty.
OK, we’re doing some kidding around about the existence of panel Q.
But isn’t it the case that the wild goose chase for panel Q is precisely the “more frustrating thing” that Nancy refers to in panel L?
I mean, she says, “Fine, but there are definitely things that are more frustrating and annoying than having too many choices.” And I guess one of those things would be having a choice offered… and finding out that it is not real.
In the mind of the artist or the observer or both?
I think art happens when an observer engages with it and with other observers.
And, boy oh boy, are we engaging with this one today.
So it’s a sort of quantum physics thing. The location is impossible to pin down. The art is smeared across a probability field and manifests as it intersects with the minds of the observers. As such, it is alive, dynamic, active. Changing
Well, I’ve really tried for a long time, but the new Nancy is just getting worse. As of today, I will stop trying and no longer read it. I won’t delete it because I love the original and don’t want to lose it.

Q. and A. Time with Nancy
Q. If this is Q&A, where’s the Q?
A. There ain’t no Q, despite the green boxed instruction in panel L.
BLUR? HA!
BLUR! AH!
Best anagrams I could conjure.
Is this a pilot run for “Fun with Flowcharts”?
P.S. I love this one. Thank you again, Ms. Jaimes. If that’s really your name!
Olivia Jaimes is an anagram for Voilà ! I am SJE!
And that’s the monogram signature of Sir Jacob Epstein, British-American painter/sculptor.
OK, so he faked his death in 1959. The secret is out!

For what it’s worth, “panel Q” is not the GC Sunday throw-away panel 2.

It made me laugh.

Where is art? Not what, where.
On the wall, on paper, on canvas?
In the mind of the artist or the observer or both?
I think art happens when an observer engages with it and with other observers.
And, boy oh boy, are we engaging with this one today.
So it’s a sort of quantum physics thing. The location is impossible to pin down. The art is smeared across a probability field and manifests as it intersects with the minds of the observers. As such, it is alive, dynamic, active. Changing
It just is, but only to the extent that we are.

Something about the colors, postures, uniform sizes of those panel portraits reminds me of the game “Clue.”
I say it was done by Nancy in the Kitchen with the Cookie Jar.
I really want this game now. May have to laminate some panels and make myself one.
